For Design & Innovation Group:
- Qualifications: At least a Bachelors Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Skills and Experience: 13 years of experience with a strong ability in digital banking operations, data-driven Design Strategy, Transforming User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design along with perfect oversight and problem-solving skills.
To Apply For Compliance Group:
- Necassary Qualifications: Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. CISA, CRCM, CAMS or any other relevant certification will be a plus.
- Necassary Skills and Experience: 15 years of experience in a compliance function within the financial services industry and in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks controlling digital banking operations.
Criteria For Technology Group:
- Required Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in IT, Cyber Security or a related field.
- Additional Skills and Experience: 10 years of experience with strong knowledge in showcasing expertise in IT platforms, optimizing technology infrastructure, and implementing effective security measures.
To Apply for Operations Group:
- Qualifications: At least a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills and Experience: 12 years of experience in banking regulations and policies, digital transactions, technology infrastructure, and customer service principles.
For Risk Group:
- Education/Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Required Skills and Experience: 10 years of experience with expertise to drive revenue growth and optimize distribution networks leveraging digital platforms and diverse sales channels.
Criteria for Shariah Group:
- Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Finance, Shariah Law, or a related field. Certification from recognized Shariah boards or institutions
- Additional Skills and Experience: 10 years of experience with banking products and services in a digital environment per Islamic Principles and Shariah Law.
Available Criteria Retail Business Group:
- Education/Qualifications: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Required Skills and Experience: 10 years of experience in financial industry digital ecosystems, cultivating partnerships and alliances for enhanced product portfolio and delivery.
