- Development and maintenance of the nursery to enable it to meet domestic requirements.
- Supervise and train a team of horticultural staff.
- Identify potential joint venture partners that align with the company’s objectives.
- Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the success of joint ventures.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Monitoring the performance of joint ventures.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential joint venture opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate and structure joint venture agreements.

Eligibility Conditions to Apply for DHA Jobs
- Education: M.Phil, MBA in Sales and Marketing or MSc (Horticulture). Higher Qualified Persons will be preferred.
- Experienced Details: To be considered for the position, the candidate must possess at least 6-8 years of relevant experience.
